Best Makeup Remover!

Hi guys!

So whether you wear a lot of makeup or a little, or simply need a hydrating facial cleanser that REALLY works well, I have got you covered!

This is not a new product, but new to my beauty regime! The Body Shop Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter is my go-to cleanser that nourishes your skin like no-other.

It is suitable for sensitive skin, contact lens wearers and if you wear any waterproof makeup as I do, this will remove it perfectly. You can rub this all over your eyelids as you will see in my video demo below!

Did you watch? I hope so because seeing is believing right? One thing I've learned throughout my years of being a beauty lover and educator is that you know when you come across a great product and that is how I feel about The Body Shop's Camomile Cleansing Butter. When I love something I want everyone to love it!

I can say that this product leaves my skin feeling soft as butter after removing a full face of makeup and that says a lot. Often times trying to remove heavy eye makeup will leave my eyes irritated from scrubbing all of the makeup away. Not with this baby!

#musttry

The ingredients in this beauty goodie are Chamomile Extract from Norfolk England and; Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Synthetic Wax, PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate, Olea Europaea Fruit Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter, Caprylyl Glycol, Tocopherol, Parfum, Aqua, Linalool, Limonene, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil, Anthemis Nobilis Flower Extract, Citric Acid.

Let me know if you've tried it and your thoughts!

Easy Skin Hydration!

Need some skin hydration? Of course you do and this Vitamin E Quench Sheet Mask from The Body Shop is the perfect answer! You simply wear it for 15 minutes and it locks in 24 hrs of skin hydration! πŸ™ŒπŸ»

The mask contains natural-origin hyaluronic acid from France along with wheatgerm oil & it works to make your skin feel softer, smoother, and yes hydrated!

I know on my 50 year old skin I need all of these things (skin softness, smoothness, and hydration) and finding a simple way, such as a sheet mask, to deliver skincare goodness is so perfect!

The Body Shop recommends using a sheet mask 1-2 times per week. I have found that after removing the mask (and massaging the leftover liquid into my face, and even my neck and chest as there is quite a lot of liquid leftover) that if I put the used mask into a ziploc baggie, it actually retains some of  the liquid. Although I do not recommend re-applying the same mask to your face as you don't want to reintroduce any dirt back to your skin, you can take the used sheet out a couple of days later and gently rub it onto your skin for a quick refresher. I try to place the mask into the baggie in a way that I am folding the used side (side that adheres to the face) so when I use the leftover I am using the 'clean' side.

Happy Masking!

Best Hair Dryer!

I am truly loving the new StyleDryer from Calista Brands by Maria McCool! I probably will never go back to a traditional hair dryer again. Not only is it completely versatile with its many attachments, but it is also light weight, colorful, and totally effective at drying AND styling your hair!

Some things I've found that I love about the StyleDryer:

πŸ’• The first attachment I used in the video below is perfect for adding lift while drying your hair AND no matter which way you pull the attachment through your hair, it does not tangle!
πŸ’• I switched to the paddle brush to finish styling and this is perfect to tame everything down and if you notice, my hair seems to get shinier right at the moment when I use this attachment!
πŸ’• My hand can be right up to the attachments without getting too hot which makes styling super easy!

πŸ’• No fumbling with two hands between a brush and blow dryer!
πŸ’• It also comes with a round brush if you want to add curls :)

For me it's a game-changer on the way I dry and style my hair. I even got hair extensions after making this video and I was so afraid that I would not be able to use the StyleDryer anymore. Nope, not the case at all! I can still use the root-lift attachment for the top of my hair. AND, it also comes with a concentrated nozzle that I now use first to dry the extension attachments near my scalp!
IT JUST WORKS ;)

Let me know if you've tried it or if you decide to give it a buy, what you think of it!
πŸŽ€ I bought mine @qvc
